Testimonials

ESTI McMILLAN EMC was founded in 2003 by Esti McMillan, an Indonesian who studied, lived and raised her family overseas. With experience on both sides of local and expat life, Esti knows first-hand what it is like to uproot your family and move internationally. EMC was born out of a passion for making that journey as easy as possible, by understanding your needs and tailoring solutions to them. With her wealth of knowledge, Esti is something of a local guru for all things Jakarta and Indonesia. Her style is open, warm and friendly, yet professional, efficient, and always ready to help. EMC Indonesia’s boutique services have always enjoyed strong word-of-mouth from grateful families who have settled happily in Indonesia.

ESTI PUJI LESTARI Esti has over ten years’ experience as CEO or Director of a variety of companies, across Finance, HR, and the professional services industry. Esti’s vision is to lead EMC Indonesia to be the premier boutique relocation services company in the country, and the first choice for multinationals. Her passion is providing clients with specific assistance for their needs. With her strengths in management, organisation and attention to detail, Esti is a trusted consultant and advisor in her field. She prizes proactivity and quality in her work, and is fond of saying that all her clients are VIPs – there is no ‘special treatment,’ because every customer deserves the same, high level of service.
